Changes in Truckroute
Per day what changed and was added in the app, in CarPlay, in the route planner and on the website, in one sentence per change. The newest is at the top.
Monday 26-10-2026
- Route history in the settings: per trip the chosen route and every change on the way with the reason, kept for 48 hours.
- Setting Main roads as much as possible: motorways and main roads first, even when it takes longer.
- Speed cameras overview: on a map of their own you tell us per camera whether it is still there or gone, and you add new ones.
- After passing a speed camera the app asks for 15 seconds whether it is still there, also in CarPlay.
- Plan a trip: a route for later, with the closures, roadworks and loading times at that moment.
- Roads closed to trucks are shown as a red line on the map.
- Loading and unloading times in the map layers, with the loading sign and the closed-to-trucks sign.
- New map layer with the network for exceptional transport up to 90 tonnes in Belgium.
- Special transport: sections outside the network are dotted and explained, as with LHV.
- Fewer pop-ups with other routes on the way: only with a real gain and no longer in the last 5 km.
- Map theme Normal with familiar map colours, light and dark.
- Fixed routes drive around a closure and then rejoin the route.
- Closures that only apply to certain vehicles no longer close the road for everyone.
- Truck bans at an entrance, car park or side street no longer close the street next to it.
- Without a route your vehicle is always on the road in your driving direction.
- Android: the app keeps responding when location starts in the background.
